On November 14 2023, a Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signed between Forte and Huaxin Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of China Huadian Group, one of China's largest state-owned power generation companies.  The ceremony was presided over by Mr Youk Chamroeunrith, Group CEO of Forte Group, and Mr Zhao Yanlin, Executive Chairman of Huaxin Insurance Brokers, with management of both companies and distinguished guests in attendance.

Headquartered in Beijing, Huaxin Insurance Brokers is the only professional insurance service provider that has served hundreds of enterprises in Huadian Group. This event solidifies a longstanding relationship between Huaxin Insurance Brokers and us, who have worked together on providing insurance coverage for major power generation projects in Cambodia.

We have partnered with Huaxin, providing insurance coverage on major power generation projects, including the largest hydropower development in the country, the Lower Stung Russei Chrum Hydro-Electric Project, and the Sihanoukville Power Station, which have contributed positively to Cambodia's development.

Mr Youk Chamroeunrith said, “We are committed to continue collaborating and building a strong relationship with Huaxin Insurance Brokers. We are confident that this collaboration will produce outstanding results that will benefit our organizations and the communities we serve."

Mr Zhao Yanlin said, "This year marks the tenth year that Huaxin and Forte have worked together. With our joint efforts, Huadian Group projects in Cambodia have obtained comprehensive insurance protection at favorable rates over the years. This signing will strengthen mutual trust and cooperation to improve the power supply infrastructure here while also contributing to Cambodia's economic development.”
