At Forte Life Assurance, we believe that the best way to protect your loved ones is through life insurance. To reward our loyal customers for their trust in us, we're offering a special referral program to reward our customers for referring their friends and family members who sign up an insurance plan with us.

Under this program, the referrer will earn an 8% cash reward on the paid premium of when your friends and family purchase a life insurance policy from Forte Life Assurance during the campaign period from November 1 to December 31, 2023. In addition, the new customer who sign up a new policy under this referral program will receive 8% cash back on the premium paid by them.

To be eligible for the referral program, you must be an existing Forte Life customer with an active life insurance policy. The new customers referred by you must also be a new Forte Life customer who has never purchased a life insurance policy from us before.

Here are the detailed terms and conditions of the referral program for referrers:

• Eligible for existing clients who have an insurance policy with Forte Life.
• Agency Sales Force (ASM, RBM, BM, BD, IC, I-Max, I-Max 2.0, etc.) are not eligible for this program.
• Tax of 15% applies to the cash reward.
• The client must complete a form with the referrer’s information and servicing agent.
• The incentive will be sent to the client via their ABA account. If they do not have an ABA account, we will send it via True Money or Wing based on their preference. Forte Life will cover the transaction fee.
• The Company reserves the right to change conditions or item rewards without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to disqualify any qualifier if found to be unusual.

• Eligible for clients who are introduced or referred by an existing Forte Life customer only.
• The premium payment (of their individual life policy) must be made during the campaign period from November 1 to December 31, 2023.
• The cash back will be sent to the client via their ABA account. If they do not have an ABA account, we will send it via True Money or Wing based on their preference. Forte Life will cover the transaction fee.
• The Company reserves the right to change conditions or item rewards without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to disqualify any qualifier if found to be unusual.
