Terms & Conditions

- Eligible for clients who pay his/her individual life (IL) policy from today to 31 December 2023.

- For IL Policies that are renewed during the campaign period for their 2nd year or 3rd year, etc.

- 8% Cash back on renewal premium paid from 2nd year onward.

- If more than 1 year renewal premium is paid, 8% cash back will apply to all advance premiums paid up to a maximum of 5 yearly premium or 40% of annual premium.

- Reinstated or lapsed policies are also eligible for this campaign if the client pays the renewal during the campaign period.

- IL policies that are paid before the due date can also be eligible for this campaign if the client pays the renewal during the campaign period.

- Only for IL policies that have payment mode “Yearly” only.

- The renewal policy must be verified that it has been paid (in full amount) first before the or cash back can be given to the policy owner.

- The Cash back will send to the client via his/her ABA account. In case he/she doesn’t have the ABA account, we will send via “True Money”, or “Wing” based on client preferences. Forte Life will cover the transaction fee.

- The Company reserves the right to change conditions or item rewards without prior notice.

- The company reserves the right to disqualify any qualifier if found unusual.
