Forte Life Provides Customers with a New Digital Experience through Mobile App

Forte Life Assurance (Cambodia) Plc officially launches the “Forte Life Customer App,” offering customers a convenient, easier, faster, and simpler digital experience. The launch event took place at Forte Life Assurance headquarters, located on the 3rd floor of The Point Community Mall, on June 7, 2024.

 

The event was presided over by Mrs. Tan Linna, Deputy Director General of IRC, representing H.E. Bou Chanphirou of IRC; Mr. Youk Chamroeunrith, Group CEO and Chairman of Forte Insurance (Cambodia); Mr. Prou Sythan, CEO of Forte Life Assurance (Cambodia) Plc; along with bank partners, customers, brokers, and staff.

 

 

Recognizing the essential needs of customers in daily life, such as quick and easy access to information and insurance services, Forte Life has leveraged the potential of technology to make lives more efficient. Financial technology, in particular, has played a crucial role in the development of the Forte Life Customer App, designed to address and respond to customer needs.

 

"Today marks a significant milestone in our journey of unlimited achievements for our clients," said Prou Sythan, CEO of Forte Life Assurance (Cambodia) Plc. "On behalf of Forte Life Assurance and personally, I am delighted to officially announce the launch of the 'Forte Life Customer App.' This aligns with Forte Life's mission to prioritize our customers."

 

 

"As of the first quarter of 2024, Forte Life protects over 860,000 customers and compensates approximately 10,000 families annually," he added. "We expect at least 60% of consumers who have used personal insurance products to download the mobile app in the first year. Specifically, customers using individual insurance products can now make claims through the Forte Life mobile app for a quick, easy, and simple experience.”

 

The transition from paper-based applications to 100% digital processing not only enhances customer convenience but also reduces printing costs and promotes sustainability. This underscores Forte Life's commitment to reducing paper consumption and fostering a sustainable global environment.

 

Mr. Youk Chamroeunrith, Group CEO and Chairman of Forte Insurance (Cambodia), stated, “Our mission is to enhance user-friendliness for our clients, particularly through the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. As a domestic company, we aim to balance economic development with environmental and social responsibilities."

 

 

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Ms. Tan Linna, Deputy Director General of the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC), expressed her pleasure in presiding over the official launch of the Forte Life Customer App. “On behalf of the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia and personally, I extend sincere appreciation for the outstanding achievements in launching this mobile app for Forte Life customers. This initiative demonstrates a commitment to advancing the insurance sector, particularly insurance technology, which is vital for enhancing operational efficiency in the industry."

 

 

The Forte Life Customer App is available for download on both iOS and Android platforms. Key features of the app include:

 

- Access to insurance policy details anytime, anywhere

- Download insurance policy files

- View due dates, pay premiums, and make direct payments within the app, including payment history

- View details and features of various insurance products

- Request policy information exchanges

- Apply for compensation through a simple, straightforward process
