Exclusions

This Burglary Insurance does not cover:

• Cash, Notes, Negotiable Cheques, Postal Notes, Post Office Money Orders, Negotiable Securities and/or Stamps, Documents, Manuscripts, Business Books, Patents, Models, Molds, Plans, and Designs
• Loss or damage due to theft committed by family members or any person(s) lawfully on the premises
• Loss or damage due to fire
• Breakage of Plate Glass
• Loss, destruction, or damage directly occasioned by pressure waves caused by aircraft and other aerial devices traveling at sonic or supersonic speeds
• Loss or damage insured by other Policy
• Loss or damage arising during or in consequence of an earthquake, subterranean fire, riots, and civil commotions
• Any consequence of war invasion act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, insurrection, or military or usurped power
• Any consequence of ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel and nuclear weapons material
