Client Service Officer – China Desk Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients with policy information, documentation, and service processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
