CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS (2 positions)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and updates to their accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Perform other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
