Business Development

Overview: Our Business Development team derives new business opportunities as well as growth and profitability initiatives base on market forecasts and trend assessment. They also play a crucial role in distribution success by providing high-quality advice and service to our customers. Their responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Acquiring potential customers
  • Promoting products and services
  • Reviewing sales performance

What we expect:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any related field.

Underwriting

Overview: Our product management/underwriting team ensure the profitable development of our business by combining superior risk insights with customer needs. As a Forte underwriter, you will work closely with reinsurers, brokers and agents to provide a wide range of insurance solutions that address the needs of commercial or individual consumers. The team also evaluates the risks and exposures of potential insurance buyers and decides the appropriate level of coverage, negotiate terms and determine pricing.

Claims Management

Overview: In one of our specialized claims units, you will join a group of highly skilled professionals who work together to investigate and analyze losses and finalize settlements. Our claims management team plays a key role in the successful operation of our insurance business by providing superior service and outstanding claims handling. You also have opportunity to apply your skills in various aspects such as coverage and liability investigation, loss evaluation, bodily injury/rehabilitation management, litigation management, settlement negotiations and fraud investigation.

Finance & Administration

Overview: The finance team is in charge of the financial planning, analysis and reporting for the company, which are keys to our successful business. The core activities performed in our finance functions consist of accounting, financial planning and controlling, risk management, and tax.

What we expect:

  • A degree in accounting, business administration, finance, economics, applied mathematics or any other finance-related field.
  • A strong analytical and logical thinker.
  • An excellent interpersonal skills and have a drive to succeed.

Human Resources

Overview: Our HR team will responsible in the following areas : recruiting, performance management, talent and career management, training and development, compensation benefits, shared services, labor relations and HR business partnership.

Legal/Compliance

Overview: As a part of our legal team, you will get a chance to share your expertise by monitoring laws and regulations that affect the business. Some of the main activities will include giving legal advice on corporate, employment, business contract, insurance and intellectual property laws and accounting standards and developing corporate governance standards.

Information Technology/Management Information System

Overview: The Information Technology and Management Insurance System team is in charge of IT governance, application strategy, standards and security, printing out the business report, designs the insurance system software. They promote and facilitate the sharing of IT resources, experiences, ideas, best practices and innovative approaches in order to maximize collaboration and minimize unnecessary costs and efforts.

Marketing & Communication

Overview: The team work closely with front line departments to develop, implement, and sustain a full range of sales and marketing strategies and activities. They also need to partner with service centers, vendors, and agencies in the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives, including advertising, media relations, brand management, collateral production, web-based communications, events and sponsorships.
